For accountants, bookkeepers and insolvency practitioners
When a client asks you about finance
Clients ask you about funding. You don't arrange it, and you don't want to send them somewhere that wastes their time.
Versoix is a commercial finance broker. We are not a lender. We work with UK limited companies and LLPs in haulage and logistics, construction subcontracting, and health and social care.
- No upfront fee. 1% only when you take the funding.
- One person on your case, start to finish.
- If it won't fit, we'll tell you.
What you can expect
- You'll get a clear yes or no on fit after the first call.
- We don't do accounts, tax, insolvency or business sales, so we won't compete for your clients.
- We'll keep you updated at the points your client agrees to.
- One person handles your client's case, from the first call to the offer.
- If borrowing is the wrong answer, we'll say so.
What it costs
There is no cost to you.
Your client pays on our engagement letter terms. No upfront fee. A fee of 1% of the funding they take, payable on completion. The lender may also pay us a commission, which varies by lender.
How a referral works
- Ask your client first. We only contact clients who have agreed to hear from us.
- Send us the company name. We check the company at Companies House before anything else.
- First call. We talk to your client, and you get a clear yes or no on fit.
- If it fits. Your client signs an engagement letter, and we keep you updated at the points they agree to.
Insolvency practitioners
We don't take on companies in a formal insolvency process.
We can approach lenders who fund the purchase of a business.
We can also talk to solvent clients who need to refinance.
Talk to us about funding for a client
Tell us who you are. We'll call to agree how referrals work before any client details change hands.
