How it works
Six steps, from first call to offer
We don't promise approval, a rate or a date. Nobody can before a lender has made its decision.
- No upfront fee. 1% only when you take the funding.
- One person on your case, start to finish.
- If it won't fit, we'll tell you.
1. Check fit
We check first whether your business fits, starting with your company number.
We work with UK limited companies and LLPs in haulage and logistics, construction subcontracting, and health and social care.
Then a short call about what the business does, how much it needs, what for, and over what term. If it won't fit, we'll tell you on that call.
2. Engagement letter
If it fits, you sign an engagement letter before any lender sees your details. It sets out what we do and what it costs.
3. Documents
We'll tell you which documents the lender needs before anything is sent.
The list depends on the type of finance. Our document checklists show what lenders usually ask for.
Some lenders ask directors to stand behind the borrowing personally. If the lender we approach does, we'll tell you before anything is sent.
4. Proposal
We write one proposal: what the business does, how much it needs and what for, how it repays, the security, and any weak points with our answer to each.
We look at asset and invoice finance before unsecured loans. If borrowing is the wrong answer, we'll say so.
5. Lender
We send the proposal only to lenders whose stated criteria you meet. Itayi submits it.
The lender makes the credit decision.
6. Offer
If a lender makes an offer, we go through it with you. The lender's rate, fees and terms are set out in its offer.
You decide whether to take any offer.
Talk to us about funding
We start with your company and check it at Companies House before we ask anything else.
We don't ask for bank statements, home addresses or dates of birth here.
Need funding? Start with a conversation.
Itayi reads every enquiry. If it won't fit, we'll tell you.
